Free New Client Consultation

A 15-minute therapy consultation call is a brief, introductory session where a therapist and client discuss the client’s needs, goals, and concerns. It's an opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process, get a sense of the therapist’s approach, and determine if they’re a good fit before committing to longer sessions.

Individual Therapy Session

An individual therapy session is a scheduled meeting between a therapist and a client where they explore personal challenges, emotions, and thoughts in a safe, confidential space.

Couples Counseling Session

A couples counseling session is a meeting where the therapist meets with both partners in a relationship unit to address relationship challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection.

Family Therapy Session

A family therapy session involves multiple family members working with a therapist to address dynamics, improve communication, and resolve conflicts within the family unit.
